You can buy our Audio Systems from our authorised resellers or from our shopping page
You can buy a Wanwun Audio System at any of our authorised resellers.
Currently, Wanwun delivers Audio Systems only within India. However, we are working on being able to deliver anywhere in the world. If you would like to have more information, please write to us on connect@wanwun.com
You can buy a Audio System without creating an account on the website. All you need to do is:
- Go to Audio Systems Page on www.wanwun.com
- Click on Shop Now for the product of your choice.
- Fill in the relevant details and make the payment.
- Your product will be shipped in 2-3 days, once your transaction is successful.
- Shipping details shall be shared with you as soon as shipping is done.
If your transaction is processed successfully, you could expect your order to be delivered within 7-10 days, from the date of your transaction.
You will receive your invoice on your registered email address, which you used when making the purchase transaction. Wanwun will also send you a physical copy of the invoice along with order when it is delivered to you.
Every Audio System has a unique Serial Number printed on it. The Serial Number helps us in identifying the Audio System you have purchased. You can find it on the back plate of the product. After finding the Serial Number, please keep it in a safe place.
Warranty
The standard Warranty period on Wanwun Audio Systems is two years from the date of the purchase as stated on your invoice. Please check the Warranty Card for other terms and conditions.
You can enjoy a more carefree experience of your Wanwun Audio Systems by extending the Warranty period of the product you have purchased. You can Extend Your Warranty on the website or call our customer support for guidance on how to extend it. There are many advantages to having an Extended Warranty, click here to know more.
The Wanwun Warranty Card and the Original Invoice is sufficient to address any issues that may arise during the Warranty period. Please store both at a secure place.
Payment
Once you have completed the payment transaction successfully, you should receive the invoice on your billing email address that you used during transacting, within 24 working hours. Please check your spam folder as well to confirm. In case you still have not received it, please connect with our customer support, and we will email you a copy of your invoice.
You can purchase a Wanwun product online by using QR Codes and Direct Bank Transfers. We are working on expanding our payment options to offer more convenience to our customers.
Refund will be processed within XY working days via the same method used in transaction. Applicable charges will be deducted. Any request for cancellation must be made within XX days (or before it is despatched), and no cancellation requests will be taken after this.
Thank you for shopping with Wanwun. You can change your order by contacting our customer support. You can share the details of the order and the changes you desire. Our team will evaluate your request and revert with applicable charges to make the change. Any request for change in the order must be made within XX days. The order cannot be changed one it enters the XXX stage.
If your card shows a debit but you were not able to complete the order, please wait for 3-4 hours for the amount to be reversed in your account. Please check with your banking service provider as well. It may take up to XX days for the amount to get reversed into your account. If your issue still is not resolved, please contact our customer support.

Installation
You can find a step-by-step guide to installation in the User Guide that is in the box along with the Audio Systems. You can download the User Guide here. In the event you still need assistance, please connect with our customer support and our technical team will guide you through the installation process.
You can download the Wanwun App from Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
You need an AC 220V 3 Pin Power Socket to plug in the Audio System cable. Wanwun Audio Systems are known for their simplicity of set up. It is a Plug and Play model. Please refer to the User Guide for more information.
Maintenance
Do not use any chemicals, cleaning agents or water to clean the cones as it can cause irreversible visual damage to the cone. Dust in the big driver,can be removed with a soft paintbrush or a dry cloth. Dust in the small driver,can be removed with a soft paintbrush or low-pressure air flow. Rubber surrounds can be cleaned with a damp cloth never a wet cloth. Be careful not to touch the cone with a damp cloth, as it may not be as robust as its surround. Some rubber surrounds tend to become a bit “white” over time. This is the chalk or calcium residue that evaporates from the surround itself. This be removed by wiping it with a damp cloth. If that doesn´t clean the surface sufficiently, we recommend using a “vinyl cleaner” of the same type as used for cleaning dashboards in cars. Spray it on a cloth and wipe the rubber surround gently. This should remove the white chalk and it will prevent the surround from turning white for a longer time. Never spray directly on the driver.
