A Wanwun Warranty will help you enjoy a carefree experience of our product. Our expert technicians are highly skilled and experienced, and can be trusted to guide you at every step. Our design facility is equipped with the state-of-the-art equipment to facilitate a smooth resolution of your issue.

Warranty Period

Wanwun products are covered by a warranty against failure caused by faulty workmanship or material for a period of 24 calendar months from the date of purchase. Wanwun will require you to produce proof of ownership in the form of original Tax/GST invoice when seeking a warranty coverage.

Warranty coverage is limited and does not cover the following:

Normal wear and tear due to ongoing usage or environmental deterioration.
Improper or incorrect use, handling, or maintenance contrary to that prescribed in the user manual.
Incorrect installation of the product.
Unauthorized repair, modification or tampering of the product.
Any defacement, alteration, or damage of the product identification code.

Any product that has been purchased from an unauthorized dealer or distributor, and unauthorized repair has been performed.
Any malfunction or damage of the product due to accident or negligence, natural disasters, and consequential damage.
Any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer or its authorised distributors.The Warranty is subject to following restrictions.

Manufacture Discretion

During this warranty period, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective part free of charge, including both labor and parts. The warranty is limited to issues arising from faulty workmanship or materials and does not cover misuse or consequential damages .

End Use

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser who has directly purchased from company sale channels (e.g. www.wanwun.com) or an authorized reseller, and the claim must be accompanied by the original Tax/GST invoice. The Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. No warranty coverage is provided if the customer purchases the product or any component from unauthorized sources. Please keep the purchase documents safely.

Product Return

To make a warranty claim, the product must be returned directly to an authorized service centre or an authorized dealer or reseller. The customer is solely responsible for any costs incurred during servicing, including shipping fees, unless the issue falls within the scope of the warranty coverage.

Voidability

Any unauthorized alterations, modifications, or substitutions made to the product will result in the immediate voiding of the warranty. If the product has been altered or repaired by other than the manufacturer or its authorised representative, the warranty is void.

Change in Warranty Terms

No reseller or third party has the authority to make any modifications or amendments to the terms and conditions of this warranty. The warranty is governed by the laws of India
